These knives are certainly one the best set of chefs knives that you can buy for less than $300, and I say that having tested and owned a whole lot of knives. These are excellent for a real “working chef” they keep their edge well and the set has everything in it from a sturdy 10″ chefs knife to 3.5″ paring and even a lovely 7-inch Santoku.

The blades slice and dice effortless through anything, and are complemented with a good steel. Even the case is great quality, your knives slip into a plastic type clot that is slightly magnetic and hold the  knives securely and safely. A neat touch is the bug plastic pouch that I put a pasty brushes, a peeler & cannula knife in. Plus I’ve never had a long strap on a knife case before and carrying them over the shoulder sure feels good.

The only thing I will say is that once you have used these knives wash them dry them and you’ll be fine. Don’t dry then and you may see the odd spot appearing. A 12 piece set Saber F-11 chef knife set is pretty cool and gets 5 stars for the quality at such a price for sure.
